Recruiting and Careers Page

From job posts to hiring decisions in one place, with job descriptions drafted from how your company is really doing

Create job posts and move candidates through hiring stages on a kanban board. Accept applications on a public careers page, and let AI draft job descriptions based on survey and 1:1 trends. Nothing is published until a person has reviewed it.

When you need it

  • Job posts, candidates, and interview feedback are scattered across spreadsheets and email
  • Your careers page drifts out of date with how the company actually is
  • Interviewers are swayed by feedback they see before giving their own

What it does

Jobs, candidates, and hiring stages
Draft, publish, and close job posts, and manage candidates on a kanban board. Each company can reorder its own hiring stages.
Public careers page and application form
Each company gets its own address (/<name>) that shows only open jobs. The same email address can't apply to the same job twice.
Interview feedback
Other interviewers' feedback stays hidden until you submit yours for the same stage. Recruiters (admins) can always see everything.
AI-drafted job descriptions
From survey trends and 1:1 topic categories, AI drafts why you're hiring and who you'd like to join. The draft only updates the job description; an admin publishes it separately.
Retention and deletion of personal data
Once a hiring process ends, a candidate's name and contact details are anonymized after a set period (24 months by default). Admins can delete them when a candidate asks.

Our commitments

AI only drafts. A person publishes
Drafts are checked for internal department names, anything that identifies a person, and pay or benefits not in the job post. If a draft fails, it is created from a template without AI.
How 1:1s are used
Used only when a tenant admin turns on “Use 1:1s for recruiting”. It is off by default, and everyone is notified when it is turned on. The AI receives only the names of topic categories that came up in 5 or more 1:1 pairs across the company — never the notes, the agenda text, or who was in which pair. The admin reviews every draft before it is published. Companies with fewer than 15 people cannot turn it on.
